Hamilton | Appotive's collegial environment inspires Frank, who believes his conscientiousness with clients is one of his more valuable attributes.

Frank graduated from Carleton University with a bachelor of arts degree in 1974, and from the University of Ottawa in 1978 with an LL.B. He was called to the Bar in 1980 and joined Hamilton | Appotive four years later.

Frank's professional affiliations include the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Carleton County Law Association and the Canadian-Italian Advocates Organization. He served as president and as a director of the Italian-Canadian Business and Professional Association of Ottawa-Carleton.

In his off hours, Frank plays guitar and attends his sons' various sporting activities.
